The site formerly known as Badass Digest is reporting that Seth Rogen is keen on bringing another Garth Ennis property to TV. The Boys, a 2006-2012 comic series from Ennis and artist Darick Robertson is reportedly the next gritty, ultra-violent comic book series Rogen wants to adapt for TV. Rogen and his producing partner, Evan Goldberg are teaming up with Supernatural creator Eric Kripke to develop the project and are currently shopping the series to cable networks. Birth.Movies.Death cautions that the development team are in the very early stages as the focus is on Preacher at the moment. The real question, is whether The Boys follows Preacher to AMC or if the show is headed for premium cable. Where would you like to see a potential adaptation of The Boys land, AMC or HBO?
